Thank you for choosing FSC Instruments for your custom instrument. We look forward to building your dream guitar.

Please carefully review our custom build and shop policies before ordering:

Orders and deposits are non refundable after 24 hours of payment. The deposit will go towards raw material costs and the first half of labor. This applies to all FSC product orders, from our guitars, pedals, amplifiers, and pickups.

All custom Guitar orders are subject to approval and estimated wait times will be provided before we accept a deposit.

All FSC Pedal orders have an 6-8 week turn around time, if they’re out of stock. Please check in for stock availability on FSC pedals. All in stock items ship within the same week.

All custom FSC pickups are made to order and will ship within 4-6 weeks of order date.

All custom built FSC brand guitars are backed with a limited lifetime warranty.

Please note FSC Instruments will only communicate directly with authorized FSC Dealers and direct individual customers. We will never communicate with any 3rd party (other manufacturers, other repair people, music shops, sellers/buyers, appraisers, etc.) at any time.

FSC Instruments will only communicate with parts suppliers strictly on orders FSC has placed.

Any incomplete payments once a custom order is complete will lead to termination of order and customer will forfeit deposit amount. FSC Instruments will contact you 3 times via provided email address and phone number for a period of 20 days of order completion date to complete remaining invoice. If customer does not communicate or complete payment within 20 days the order will be considered abandoned and deposit amount will be forfeited by customer.

FSC Instruments reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will exercise this right at our discretion. We kindly ask our customers to thoroughly read this page before ordering with us.
