At FSC Instruments we stand by our work, and behind our wonderful customers always! There is no FSC without you.

With fast, clear communication, and our warranty to the original owner. FSC will repair or replace any defective part at our discretion. Our warranty policy applies to all FSC products.

Not covered under this warranty is damage caused by improper storage and care, misuse, neglect, damaged caused by accidents or natural disasters, and normal wear and tear (including finish and fret wear, seasonal guitar setups which every guitar in the world may need). Any checking/crazing/cracking/warping of the lacquer finish or warping of neck and body woods resulting from extreme or rapid changes of temperature or humidity or neglectful storage are not covered under warranty. Subjective things like “tone” are also not a warranty issue.

Any alterations, or modifications to an instrument or an instrument’s finish will immediately void our warranty, unless approved and authorized by FSC Instruments LLC.

Instruments returned for warranty repairs should be professionally packaged and shipped. The owner is responsible for all shipping and handling rates to, and returned from FSC Instruments.

Unauthorized modifications or repair made on any guitar, bass, pedal, pickup, amplifier without authorization from FSC Instruments will immediately void this warranty.
FSC Instruments accepts no liability other than stated in this warranty.

All FSC effects Pedals come with a 5 year warranty period from purchase date to the original owner. Not covered under this warranty is damage caused by improper storage and care, incorrect power supply use, misuse, neglect, accident, and normal wear and tear.

ANY modifications or repair on any FSC guitar, effects pedal, or amplifier without authorization from FSC Instruments will void this warranty.

FSC Custom 50 Amplifiers are warrantied by Henry Amplification and come with a 5 year warranty period from purchase date to the original owner. Not covered under this warranty is damage caused by improper storage and care, misuse, worn Tubes, neglect, accident, and normal wear and tear, alteration or modifications.

FSC Instruments accepts no liability other than stated in this warranty.
